To use:

Just print! Provide a pencil, crayons, dabbers, scissors, glue and any other mediums children can use to trace, color, and draw.

 

Skills practiced each day:

(Each page contains the following sections)

1. Uppercase letter tracing: Trace the beginning letter sound shape and the uppercase letter.

2. Beginning Sounds: Color the 3 shapes that begin with the letter given. *Note: the letter X uses words that contain X as well as start with X.

3. Shape patterns: Look at the shapes and draw the next shape in the pattern. Patterns practiced are ABAB, AAB, and ABB.

4. Font Differentiation: Dab or circle the letter

5. Number Concepts 1-5: This section rotates through the numbers one through five for repeated practice in subitizing, number sense, 1 to 1 correspondence, tracing, and sight words. Trace the number word, trace the digit, color the number, cut and glue the correct representations of the number (options include: dice math, finger counting, dominoes, digits, coin math with pennies, unifix cubes, ten frames, tally marks, and counting blocks).
